BASIC FUNCTIONS: Manage residential water and fire damage repair and clean-up crews.

RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS:

manage and participate in residential insurance claim repairs and mitigation activities

communicate and interact regularly with homeowners/customers

use current technology (smartphones, tablets and laptops) to help manage and document job activities

exhibit courtesy and technical knowledge to customers

be able to be 'on-call' for pre-designated times to help with customer emergencies
