    Duties

    Communicate effectively with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.

    Conduct telemarketing efforts to generate new leads and expand the client base.

    Analyze client information and market trends to recommend appropriate insurance products.

    Negotiate policy terms and conditions with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction.

    Provide exceptional customer service throughout the policy lifecycle, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.

    Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities for sales administration purposes.

    Stay informed about industry developments and changes in insurance regulations to provide up-to-date advice.

    Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall performance.

    Requirements

    Proven experience in sales, preferably in retail or telemarketing environments.

    Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively.

    Ability to analyze data and market conditions to make informed recommendations.

    Negotiation skills that foster positive outcomes for both clients and the company.

    Experience in customer service with a focus on building long-term relationships.

    Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.

    Familiarity with insurance products is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.

    Pay: $67,500.00 - $101,700.00 per year
