About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Verify insurance eligibility and benefits for patients or clients using online portals and phone-based inquiries

Accurately scan, index, and manage documents within electronic document management systems

Maintain organized and up-to-date records ensuring data integrity and compliance

Communicate professionally with insurance carriers, clients, and internal team members

Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and courteous manner

Identify and resolve discrepancies in insurance information or documentation

Support administrative staff with data entry and clerical tasks as needed

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document handling

Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and data entry systems

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for customer-facing interactions

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced office environment

Prior experience in insurance verification, medical billing, or customer service is a plus but not required

Reliable, punctual, and a team-oriented attitude
