    Job Description

    We are currently hiring a Legal Assistant/Record Retrieval Coordinator for a legal support services client! Our client provides strategic advantages to our clients by offering legal support services in all legal proceedings.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Professionally answer phone calls and respond to e-mails from clients regard of depositions and status of transcripts.
    • Responsible for maintaining an open line of communication to acquire the requested records, an Affidavit of No Records, or other necessary correspondence by the ordering client’s due date.
    • Must be able to maintain consistent organization to ensure all items being requested on each order are accurate and accounted for, and coordinate the obtaining of records by fax, mail, or email.
    • Provide our clients with information on our products and services to meet their needs
    • Utilize our priority software in managing client needs and ensuring all services are scheduled as required
    • Maintain call center database to ensure accuracy of information
    • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Minimum 2 years working in legal services, records management, or a law firm setting.
    • Detail oriented, organized and dedicated professional Proactive and motivated with good problem solving skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required Degree or related field experience
