    Personal Injury Law Firm – Remote or In-Office (Wisconsin) We are seeking an experienced Legal Intake Case Evaluation Manager to serve as the first point of contact for individuals seeking legal assistance. This critical role requires prior experience in a personal injury law firm—this experience is required to be considered for this role. Previous experience managing a legal intake team is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to connect with prospective clients, assess legal inquiries with accuracy and empathy, and clearly convey the firm’s value in a way that builds trust and inspires confidence. You will lead a team of Legal Intake Specialists and be responsible for ensuring the highest level of client service and conversion from the first interaction through case evaluation. This role may be remote (U.S.-based applicants only) or in-office in Wisconsin. Compensation is dependent on experience. Qualified applicants should include salary expectations in their cover letter. Responsibilities: • Professionally handle inbound inquiries and connect with potential clients. • Clearly explain the firm’s services and approach in a way that resonates with individuals seeking legal representation. • Build rapport, ask the right questions, and ensure a smooth transition for those moving forward with the firm. • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and assessments. • Work closely with attorneys and staff to ensure a seamless experience for new clients. • Working closely with attorneys and legal assistants to ensure smooth case transitions. • Coordinating with the marketing team on lead generation strategies. • Training intake specialist or support staff as needed. • Streamlining intake procedures to improve efficiency. • Monitoring intake metrics and reporting trends to leadership. • Implementing strategies to improve client conversion rates. Qualifications: • Must have previous experience in a personal injury law firm. • Intake manager or team lead experience is preferred. • Exceptional communication and people skills. • Ability to evaluate and triage incoming legal inquiries effectively. • Commitment to client-centered service and team leadership.
