We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Legal Intake Coordinator. As a Legal Intake Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing them with a warm and professional welcome. This role is crucial in managing the initial interactions with potential clients and plays a key role in our sales process. The position is heavy on both inbound and outbound sales calls to assist the attorney in the sales process before and after meetings. We are looking for someone who really takes ownership of every lead, ensuring that potential clients receive the best possible experience from their first contact with our firm. Responsibilities: • Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude. • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner. • Schedule and confirm appointments for sales meetings. • Perform inbound and outbound sales calls to follow up with potential clients before and after initial consultations. • Manage the firm calendar to ensure smooth scheduling and coordination of appointments. • Triaging calls to the appropriate legal departments. • Maintain accurate client records and update our CRM system. • Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and client correspondence. • Provide general administrative support to the legal team as needed. • Serve as the face of the company to the public by being the first person most people speak to. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. • Previous experience in a sales, customer service, or administrative role. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. • A positive attitude and professional demeanor. Compensation: $18 - $22 hourly
