    What You'll Be Doing

    Lead with Purpose: Oversee daily office operations and inspire a team of administrative professionals to deliver top-tier support.

    Manage Scheduling & Intake: Coordinate patient visits, ensure smooth and timely intake of new patients, and align care needs with staff availability.

    Verify Insurance: Confirm patient insurance eligibility and obtain necessary authorizations to ensure smooth reimbursement processes.

    Support Compliance: Maintain accurate records and stay on top of ever-changing Medicare, Medicaid, and state regulations.

    Be the Office Go-To: Serve as the central point of contact between patients, staff, referral sources, and payers.

    Assist with HR & Finance: Help with onboarding, payroll coordination, and basic billing tasks to keep everything running like clockwork.

    What We're Looking For

    Education: High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree in healthcare admin or similar field preferred.

    Experience: At least 2 years in a healthcare office role (home health preferred), including scheduling, intake, and insurance verification.

    Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Microsoft Office and electronic health records (EHR); experience with systems like Kantime, Axxess, WellSky, or HCHB is a plus.

    People Person: Strong communicator, team motivator, and calm under pressure.

    Detail-Oriented: Knows how to juggle tasks, manage priorities, and keep things moving efficiently.
