    Job Type: Part-Time, In-Office

    Schedule:

    Monday – Friday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

    Weekends: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

    Must be available to work holidays

    Pay Range: $21–$23 per hour (based on experience)

    Position Overview: A&G Infusion Nursing Services, Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to support our nursing staffing operations during evenings and weekends. This is a fully in-office role supporting coordination and communication with our clinical staff and patients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner

    Coordinate with infusion nurses regarding schedules, availability, and case assignments

    Assist with patient intake and documentation

    Maintain accurate records and update internal systems

    Communicate effectively with internal staff and external partners

    Provide general administrative support as needed

    Qualifications:

    Previous administrative, scheduling, or healthcare experience preferred

    Strong communication and organizational skills

    Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

    Reliable, punctual, and responsive

    Basic computer skills (email, data entry, scheduling systems)

    Requirements:

    Must be able to work the listed schedule consistently

    Must be willing to work holidays

    Must be able to work on-site (this is not a remote position)
