Responsibilities
- Collect and verify patient demographic and insurance information
- Process new patient intake forms and documentation
- Coordinate with scheduling and billing departments
- Ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate
- Communicate with patients regarding onboarding requirements
- Maintain organized and compliant patient records
Requirements
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience in administrative or healthcare support roles preferred
- Attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Comfortable working remotely

Compensation
- $12.00 – $16.00 per hour , based on experience
