House of Hope, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing residential treatment for individuals living with substance use disorders, is seeking a dedicated Intake Coordinator to join our integrated clinical team. The Intake Coordinator manages referral, assessment, and admission processes while collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners to support census growth, regulatory compliance, and continuity of care.
Essential Job Responsibilities Include:
· Ensure all therapeutic and program components adhere to regulatory guidelines.
· Responsible for coordinating daily intake referral, review of/and management of Carisk.
· Coordinate outreach activities to increase referrals and ensure census is consistent with contractual expectations.
· Assists with the implementation of improved work methods and procedures to ensure admissions in accordance with policies/procedures.
· Generate communication with current and potential referral sources regarding bed availability.
Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:
· Master’s degree required.
· Currently licensed or in the process of obtaining certification as an addiction professional or licensed clinician in the state of Florida.
· Two (2) years working in the field of addiction and mental health.
· Strong verbal and written communication Skills
· Able to work effectively with culturally diverse clients, families, and professionals.
· Computer Literate
