🌟 Role: Intake Coordinator (Part-Time) As an Intake Coordinator, you’ll be the heartbeat of our clinical operations. You’ll manage patient referrals, coordinate infusion services, support pharmacists, and serve as a key link between patients, providers, and payors.

Responsibilities include:

✔️ Coordinating infusion & nursing services ✔️ Accurately entering demographics, insurance, and physician info into our system ✔️ Managing referral logs & admission packets ✔️ Verifying insurance & securing authorizations ✔️ Documenting communication with patients, caregivers, and providers

Minimum Qualifications:

💬 Strong oral & written communication skills (second language preferred

🤗 Friendly, professional, and solutions-oriented

🎓 High School Diploma or GED required

🏥 Prior home infusion company experience preferred
