    Responsibilities

    • Manage daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow.
    • Serve as a point of contact for clients and doctor's offices, providing excellent customer support and service.
    • Handle phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking messages as needed.
    • Assist with data entry tasks, maintaining accurate records and databases.
    • Support medical reception duties, including scheduling appointments and managing patient inquiries.
    • Utilize Google Suite for document creation, data management, and communication.
    • Organize and maintain office files, both physical and electronic.
    • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth administrative processes.
    • Provide assistance in office management tasks as required.
    • Work with claims department to ensure receivables are paid in a timely fashion.
    • Assist with onboarding of new personnel

    Experience

    • Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
    • Familiarity with medical receptionist duties is a plus.
    • Bilingual candidates are highly desirable to enhance communication with diverse clientele.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
    • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
    • Proficient in data entry and comfortable using various office software applications, particularly Google Suite.
    • Experience with office management practices is advantageous.

    Qualifications
