Wage-and-hour violations
Meal and rest break violations
Unpaid wages (minimum wage, overtime, off-the-clock work, split shifts, etc.)
Expense reimbursement claims
Final wages and pay stub violations
Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) violations
Complex consumer class actions
Wrongful termination, discrimination, and harassment claims

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries
Conduct interviews with potential clients, witnesses, and third parties
Screen leads and assist with client sign-ups
Organize new case files, including retainer agreements and supporting documents
Conduct market research and assist in lead generation strategies
Create and manage online ads (Google, social media, etc.)
Support attorneys and staff with various legal administrative tasks
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
Proven intake or lead screening experience in a law firm or high-call-volume setting
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to think critically and solve problems independently
Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and case management software
Knowledge of legal office operations
Bilingual (Spanish) highly preferred
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
