What You’ll Do

Handle high-volume inbound calls with professionalism

Interview and screen potential clients and witnesses

Manage lead intake and sign-ups

Create and organize case files with client documentation

Conduct market research and implement outreach strategies

Post and manage ads across Google and social media

Support attorneys with various administrative and legal tasks

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience required

Strong intake and client screening background

High-level organizational and multitasking skills

Tech-savvy: Microsoft Word, Outlook, and case management systems

Bilingual in Spanish is a strong plus

Positive, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
