    Take control of the call — guide the conversation, don’t follow it

    Qualify and close — get commitment and schedule the inspection

    Capture everything — loss details, access, decision-maker, insurance

    Set the job up right — clean, complete info so ops can execute

    Hand off seamlessly — no dropped balls, no confusion

    Document like a pro — CRM entries must be clean and complete

    Continuously improve — refine scripts, tighten processes, get better daily
