Responsibilities: • Provide a first-class experience to potential new clients • Handle interactions with empathy and authority • Engage with potential new clients, both on phone, through Zoom, and in person, to determine if they are a good fit for the firm and if so, to convey value and convert from consults to clients • Meet and exceed expected monthly performance metrics • Data management and reporting • Ensure all case intake legal documents are processed, accurate, and executed properly Qualifications: • At least 2 years of proven sales experience • Critical thinking skills • Pro-active, results-oriented mindset • Flexibility, optimism, and empathy toward individuals dealing with marital issues • Confidence to be kindly assertive with clients when necessary • Reliability, accuracy, and responsibility in all tasks • Technical Proficiency: Experience with a CRM and Microsoft Office is required Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 per year
