You’ll need a quiet space, fast internet, and the discipline to stay on task without close supervision. • You’ll perform a wide range of both administrative and substantive tasks in advancing our mission of supporting immigrants who are fleeing persecution. • You must be flexible - the nature of tasking may change daily or over time, with you stepping up to do whatever is needed to give the clients the best experience and representation possible. What You Will Do: As an Inside Sales / Intake Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients who engage with us via paid advertising campaigns or organically through our social media channels. Your role is to respond quickly, build rapport, qualify leads, and guide them toward the next steps in our sales process: a paid Consultation with our Consultation Specialists. In this pivotal role, you'll be the initial point of contact for individuals reaching out through our paid campaigns and vibrant social channels. Your mission? To drive immediate engagement, forge genuine connections, and strategically qualify leads by truly understanding their needs. Leveraging your sharp negotiation skills, you'll seamlessly guide potential clients toward a paid consultation with our Consultation Specialists. This isn't just about answering calls; it's about collaborating closely with our team to ensure a smooth, client-centric journey from the very first interaction. What You Will Get: • Salary commensurate with experience, but above market norms. Additionally, all employees, including those based outside the United States, are off work on all U.S. federal holidays (11). You will not be off on non-U.S. holidays, but will be compensated in line with your country’s laws for work done on local holidays. Responsibilities: • Proactively reach out to inbound leads generated through paid ads, website forms, and social media channels. You will call leads and engage with them through WhatsApp and other messaging platforms, most of which are managed through our email/communication management system, Missive. • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they are a good fit. • Schedule consultations and process payments (where applicable). • Maintain detailed and organized records of all interactions in our CRM system (currently Active Campaign) and Missive. • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries through phone, email, and social media messages. • Reply to comments on social media platforms with an eye toward moving them into our funnel. • Follow the established workflows/sales activities based on lead type and/or communication channel. • Follow up with leads who haven’t yet converted to nurture interest and move them through the funnel. • Provide basic information about the firm's services • Manage the intake pipeline from initial contact through booked Consultation • Collaborate with the Marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance. • Meet and exceed individual KPIs, including response time, booking rate, and follow-up consistency and show-up rate. • Ensure compliance with all ethical guidelines and firm policies and procedures. Qualifications: • 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a similar client-facing role. • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and a personable, professional demeanor. • Comfortable using CRM software, email platforms, and social media messaging tools. • Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple leads at once. • Quick thinker who can adapt messaging based on the lead’s needs or concerns. • A team player with a growth mindset and a customer-first attitude. • Bilingual (Spanish/English). Compensation: $5,500,000 COP
