    Intake Specialist Requirements:

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

    • Experience in intake coordination, case management, or a related role.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate and professional demeanor.
    • Proficiency in computer systems, including Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and internet-based applications.
    • Ability to pass a federal background screen.
    • Valid driver’s license and proof of current auto insurance.

    Essential Functions:

    • Client Intake and Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients and their families. Conduct thorough intake assessments to identify client needs and preferences. Collaborate with Regional Centers, caregivers, and internal teams to design and implement personalized care plans.
    • Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate records and documentation in our CRM system. Ensure all intake processes comply with state regulations and Regional Center requirements.
    • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and Regional Center representatives. Act as a trusted resource and advocate for families navigating the disability services system.
    • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Management and Operations teams to streamline processes and ensure high-quality service delivery. Provide feedback and recommendations to enhance the client intake experience.
