Responsibilities: What You’ll Do • Be the first point of contact: Answer calls, emails, and online inquiries with warmth and professionalism. • Conduct meaningful conversations: Gather key information to understand each potential client’s situation and determine if we can help. • Keep us organized: Enter client information into our case management system accurately and efficiently. • Collaborate with the legal and sales team: Schedule consultations, share intake summaries, and make sure our team members have everything they need before meeting a client. • Follow up with compassion: Check in with potential clients and ensure no one slips through the cracks. • Maintain confidentiality: Handle every case and client with the highest level of discretion and professionalism. • Provide office oversight: Place supply orders, organize inbound and outbound mail, ensure office tidiness, etc. Qualifications: What You’ll Bring • A genuine desire to help people during difficult times. • Stellar communication skills — you listen as well as you speak. • Excellent attention to detail and comfort with digital tools (Microsoft Office, Clio, Hubspot, or similar). • The ability to multitask gracefully in a fast-paced environment. Nice to Have • Previous experience in a law firm, call center, or client service role is a plus, but not required if you’re eager to learn. • A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience. Compensation: $50,000 - $58,000 yearly
