We’re looking for an Intake Specialist who can provide a calm, supportive, and professional experience from the very first interaction—while confidently guiding prospective clients through the next steps in our process. Why This Role Matters Our Intake Specialists play a key role in shaping the client experience. You’ll be the first point of contact for individuals seeking clarity, direction, and support. Your ability to listen carefully, communicate clearly, and guide conversations with confidence helps ensure each person feels heard, informed, and prepared to move forward.
