    Integense is expanding and is looking for senior analog and mixed-signal circuit designers to join our team focusing on industrial applications. As a member of the team, you will own all aspects of product development from product concept to manufacturing release. Integense has established strategic relationships with top tier OEM suppliers and is focused on delivering high-speed/high performance driver, precision measurement, isolation, and supply regulation integrated circuits.

    Location: San Diego, CA

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate closely with silicon designers and systems engineers to ensure seamless integration of DFT (Design for Testability) and DFM (Design for Manufacturability) principles in new products.
    • Develop and meticulously document comprehensive test plans for upcoming products.
    • Lead and mentor test engineering teams across different regions to craft robust production test solutions tailored for new products.
    • Spearhead efforts to ensure correlation between bench testing and Automated Test Equipment (ATE).

    Minimum requirements:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
    • Demonstrated expertise in semiconductor device characterization and measurement using laboratory equipment.
    • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in semiconductor Test Engineering, encompassing:
      • ATE test solution development for analog-mixed signal products.
      • Responsibility for DFT/DFM implementation and test plan formulation.
      • Production support and introduction of new products.
    • Strong proficiency in programming, with expertise in languages such as C/C++ or Visual Basic, as well as scripting languages like Perl/Python.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
    • Familiarity with statistical methods related to tester and program comparisons.

    Preferred qualifications:

    • Experience with UVM-based functional verification for mixed-signal chips.
    • Familiarity with tools and environments such as Cadence design and Synopsis development.
    • Working Proficiency in Mandarin, preferred but not required.
