JOB TITLE –RECEPTIONIST LOCATION – NEAR CITY OF INDUSTRY, CA ONSITE, TEMPORARY-TO-HIRE PAY- UP TO $17/HR. JOB SUMMARY OF THE RECEPTIONIST POSITION Integr8staff is looking for a Receptionist to start immediately. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE RECEPTIONIST POSITION Conduct and maintain a professional appearance Main lobby receptionist, answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls Receive and direct visitors and clients Scheduling of conference rooms, daily meeting luncheons and refreshments Provide administrative support to the staff by maintaining the organization and filing of project spreadsheets and supporting documentation Provide administrative support utilizing Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Power Point and Word Assist Customer Service team in preparing and process orders through EDI Microsoft Navision software during down periods. Constantly update stock promotion spreadsheet list. Review PO’s for accuracy, data entry of orders, order confirmations, processing change orders. Provide customer service support to customer inquiries via email and telephone. REQUIREMENTS OF THE RECEPTIONIST POSITION Must exhibit competent computer skills and knowledge of relevant software Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures such as filing and record keeping Strong in Excel, Word, Outlook, and other Microsoft and online system software Microsoft Navision experience a plus preferred Knowledge of customer service and order entry/ order processing Must exhibit high level of data entry with accuracy Must be highly organized and precise in work detail with the ability to prioritize and problem solve UPDATED RESUME IS REQUIRED FOR CONSIDERATION.
