Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Attain monthly and quarterly sales objectives as defined by regional sales management
• Leads territory sales planning and execution
• Develops business plan to drive growth of the BioD Portfolio within assigned territory
• Provides updates to regional sales management regarding competition, customer feedback, clinical updates, reimbursement and other important business metrics
• Take initiative to identify new business opportunities
• Drives field level activities to cultivate new accounts while growing business at existing accounts
• Plans and facilitates key customer meetings
• Conducts regular field sales calls and customer presentations to promote sales
• Provides expertise in clinical settings and sales meetings
• Manages deployment of key resources at territory level to drive business performance
• Field inventory management

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Preferred 3-5 years sales experience
• 3+ years of outside medical sales experience, preferably with amniotic or regenerative product line
• Experience selling to urology, colorectal, OBGYN, spine, neurosurgery, orthopedic, general and plastic surgery is preferred
• Previous record of above quota sales performance
• Skilled at building relationships
• Demonstrated analytical, written, and verbal skills
• Confidence to communicate with surgeons and hospital personnel
• Skilled at developing new territories with new technology
• Experience working in an OR setting
