    ABOUT THE TEAM YOU’RE JOINING:

    Integra’s Network Expansion team is responsible for the ongoing success of the Company’s provider network, ensuring health plan member’s needs are delivered in the pursuit of patient service excellence. The team is focused on delivering value to providers, collaborates cross-functionally, and is a key component of corporate development and success. Our provider partners are comprised of leading regional and national DMEPOS vendors and manufacturers.

    ABOUT THE POSITION:

    Reporting to the Manager of Network Expansion, the AM will play a key role in building provider networks in new geographies and identifying gaps in existing territories, virtuously growing our business and creating efficiencies in the healthcare community along the way. The AM will work closely with Sales Operations and the Payer Sales teams. The ideal candidate has high energy, is not afraid of making a high volume of cold calls, is detail oriented, and shares a passion for Integra’s vision to remove friction from healthcare.

    ***Please note we intend for this role to be based in NYC, but we are receptive to speaking with qualified candidates who reside in other markets as well.

    RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

    • Research, develop, and validate target lead lists
    • Qualify provider prospects to ensure providers can meet Integra’s credentialing requirements
    • Extensive proactive communication via outbound phone calls and email to engage and educate DMEPOS providers on Integra’s value proposition leading to signed contracts
    • Execute geographic network expansion strategies in target geographies to recruit providers to join Integra’s network of providers
    • Monitor network gaps which may be service specific or geographically driven and execute recruitment strategies to mitigate access gaps
    • Provide support to providers throughout the contracting and onboarding process to ensure a seamless handoff between sales and account management
    • Timely contact of prospects as they progress through the sales cycle via disciplined outbound activity and engaging prospects using empathy and consultative selling
    • Manages relationships with newly onboarded providers
    • Outreach to provider community and relevant trade organizations to create brand awareness
    • Utilize Salesforce.com to log and track all client-related information, outreach, and call outcomes
    • Engages in provider facing projects and tasks as needed
    • Achieve monthly/quarterly team goals and KPIs

    WHAT WILL YOU LEARN IN THE FIRST 6 MONTHS?

    • Landscape of the DMEPOS space and industry dynamics
    • Integra Partners value proposition and successful delivery to execute and drive results
    • Navigation of proprietary network and claims management systems
    • Provider contracting operational and workflow process and procedures
    • Network adequacy regulations and requirements
    • Internal cross-department collaboration with the goal of driving the Integra mission as one team

    WHAT WILL YOU ACHIEVE IN 12 MONTHS?

    • Closing provider deals to increase network membership
    • Collaboration and coordination of provider onboarding and implementation
    • Navigate and own case escalations to resolution
    • Building meaningful relationships with network providers

    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

    • BS/BA required.
    • 1-3 years of prior inside sales experience
    • Entrepreneurial spirit: desire to exceed sales goals
    • High degree of professionalism, high energy level, and strong work ethic
    • Independent, self-motivated and success-driven, willing to work within a team environment
    • Ability to simultaneously manage multiple recruitment campaigns
    • Persuasive sales acumen with documented track record of closing ability
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills are required (work sample to be provided)
    • Prior experience with a CRM, preferably Salesforce.com preferred
    • Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint
