    ABOUT THE POSITION:

    We are looking to add a talented Implementation Project Manager to act as a solutions-based leader that can effectively drive customer implementations and manage the customer relationship experience. Additionally, this team member will be responsible for owning the post-sale implementation of our most complex, benefit management programs on time, within budget, while wowing our clients and solving complex escalations. The Implementation Project Manager will also develop and execute the implementation project plan and facilitate internal and external project communication to ensure tasks are completed and that the programs are delivered exceptionally. This dynamic individual needs to be prepared to invent and improve processes, oversee cross-functional teams during the implementation and solve challenging problems.

    RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

    • Manage multiple project implementations involving healthcare providers and payers
    • Take ownership of the escalations impacting the implementation by assembling a cross-functional escalation team consisting of subject matter experts, executive sponsors and sales team members and managing this team through completion of the project
    • Execute the escalation response operations flawlessly and with the appropriate level of urgency
    • Partner with the internal teams and other stakeholders to identify and close gaps in Escalation Management
    • Monitor timelines and progress of projects to ensure efficient, on-time delivery of work while being able to assess and address any issues or concerns that may impact the success of the implementation.
    • Own any problems you discover and proactively drive forward solutions
    • Proactively communicate to cross-functional team members and senior leadership about project status and deliverables
    • Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned projects and create documentation, (Project Management Plan, WBS, Lessons Learned, Meeting Agendas, etc.)
    • Analyze project performance and expenses incurred for future cost-saving metrics
    • Serve as a single point of contact for external clients for implementations
    • Effectively communicate subject summaries and explanations of recommendations or decisions to all partners
    • Complete a risk assessment week to week and share reporting with the Executive Leadership and client constituencies
    • Assist the Process Engineering team in identifying gaps in current processes and/or developing new P&Ps designed to address unforeseen issues and challenges

    WHAT WILL YOU LEARN IN THE FIRST 6 MONTHS?

    In your first 6 months you will learn about the nuances of DMEPOS Benefit Management, get to establish relationships with our clients, and collaborate daily with internal and external stakeholders to best support the healthcare needs of patients.

    WHAT WILL YOU ACHIEVE IN 12 MONTHS?

    Within your first 12 months working at Integra, you will have become a trusted partner and liaison for your clients, advocating for their members’ needs while implementing a multi-million-dollar accounts.

    KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

    • Strong track record of face-to-face client experience with an ability to fluidly convey objectives, goals & intended target outcomes
    • Strong project management skills and ability to walk stakeholders and partners through an entire process, step by step
    • Fluency at developing impactful relationships with clients, where you consistently over-deliver
    • Ability to lead cross-functional team members in achieving objectives exceeding client expectations
    • Desire to work collaboratively across a cross-functional team
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills

    REQUIRED EDUCATION:

    *Bachelor’s degree

    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

    • 5+ years in a client facing/client ownership fast paced role
    • 3+ years building and leading teams
    • Ability to navigate somewhat ambiguous situations, identify and solve for blockers, and strategic sensibility to operate in the best interest of both the client as well as the organization
    • Interest based negotiation skills
    • Willingness to travel up to 25%

    PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

    • Experience in healthcare industry
    • Clear understanding of general healthcare provider/payer procedures
    • Smartsheet, JIRA, Visio, Excel, Powerpoint and other MS Office tools
