JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Face-to-Face Sales
Direct Customer Service
Acquire New Business Accounts
Maintain Client & Customer Relationships
Develop & Implement Sales Systems
QUALIFICATIONS:
1-3 Years Experience -- sales, retail, customer service, cold calling, other related fields.
Good Judgment & Decision-Making Skills -- the ability to consider the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one
Strong Critical Thinking Ability -- using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions or approaches to problems
Great Organization -- ability to maintain organization and balance multiple tasks at once
Excellent Time Management -- ability to properly manage time, being prepared, being on-time, being consistently present
Strong Communication -- ability to clearly convey messages to team and customers, both verbally and written
2-4 Year Degree -- preferred but not required

EXPECTED STARTING: $35,000.00 to $45,000.00 /annually
