  • Responsibilities

    In your role as the Office Administrator, you will handle the administrative tasks in our Houston office and ensure the smooth running of the daily office operations. (full-time / possible to work part-time with reduced working hours every day)

    Principal Job responsibilities include:

    Reception tasks such as answering the phone & attending to visitors in a professional manner, courier and office mail distribution, general office filing tasks as required.

    Meeting arrangements for industry conferences and organization of corporate events.

    Responsible for all office telco related matters.

    Procurement of office equipment (incl IT hardware), stationary, and pantry supplies.

    Travel management for the Houston team and visitors from our other offices.

    Liaison with the building management on office related matters, building access and parking cards.

    Other administrative office support: travel management for the Houston team and visitors from our other offices, team calendar administration and other admin tasks.

    Assisting with HR related tasks such as vacation recording for the Houston team, health insurance provider liaison etc. Acting as point of contact for general office health and safety matters.

    Working with management to support on statutory filings and general regulatory paperwork under supervision.

    Requirements:

    Minimum of 5 years of working experience as an office administrator, good knowledge of general admin work.

    A pro-active team player who can run tasks independently with a positive and friendly attitude.

    Open personality, people oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively in a culturally diverse global environment. High level of integrity and positive work ethic.

    Ability to multi-task with an eye for details, ability to organize and prioritize tasks.

    English at mother tongue level (speech and written) – Company uses English as its global language; knowledge of other languages is an asset.

    Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
