Job Description: Divisional Vice President Manufacturing Controller

Compensation:

Salary: $190,000 - $240,000

Candidate Bonus Potential: 25.00%

Travel Required: 15%

About the Company: A global leader in the manufacturing of instrumentation and software designed to enhance and extend the performance of electron microscopes has recently merged with a prominent company in X-ray microanalysis and electron diffraction instrumentation. This merger aims to capitalize on the combined synergies and expertise of both companies, fostering innovations and growth in electron microscopy technologies.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid - 3 days in the office, 2 days remote

Reporting Details:

Direct Supervisor: Vice President and Business Unit Manager

Matrixed Reporting to: Divisional VP of Finance

Direct reports: IT Director, Controller, FP&A Manager (Total of 3)

Indirect reports: 14

Overview: The role oversees teams across multiple locations with a significant number of employees at each location.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Full P&L Controller Experience with complete ownership

Minimum of 5 years in a publicly held manufacturing setting

Minimum of 3 years with $200 Million Profit and Loss Ownership

Multiple promotions in a manufacturing company environment.

Education:

MBA Preferred. Bachelor's in Business also acceptable.

Specifics:

Potential promotion to VP in 3-5 years based on experience and performance.

Experience transitioning to specific ERP systems is a plus.
