Integrated Behavioral Health (IBH) Licensed Clinical Supervisor
San Jose, California

We’re hiring an IBH Licensed Clinical Supervisor in San Jose, California, who wants to grow as a clinical leader while continuing to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives.

You'll join an integrated outpatient behavioral health team, providing clinical supervision, mentorship, and consultation while maintaining a small patient caseload. This opportunity combines hands-on patient care with the autonomy to guide clinical quality, support developing clinicians, and strengthen access to culturally responsive behavioral healthcare.

What makes you a great fit
• Active California LMFT, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist
• At least two years of post-licensure experience and two years of direct clinical experience
• Clinical supervision experience preferred
• Strong understanding of DSM-5, documentation standards, and California reporting requirements
• Comfortable supporting crisis intervention and maintaining LPS 5150 authorization
• Passionate about mentoring clinicians and delivering culturally sensitive, patient-centered care
• Bilingual Spanish, Mandarin, or Vietnamese skills are a plus, not required

Compensation & Benefits
• Annual salary: $90,000–$102,000
• Medical insurance with 95% of premiums covered and two health plan options
