    Job Description

    Integrated Behavioral Technologies, Inc is a nonprofit, 501 (c) 3 organization, that serves children with Autism and their families across the state of Kansas. We provide treatment, case management and billing services to individuals served under the Home and Community-Based Services state program. We also provide assessment and diagnostic services in our Basehor location. The person holding this position works directly with the Office Manager on direction, training, and office policy.

    We are seeking a talented person who is motivated to work in our fast-paced office environment. We need someone who is an energetic organized self-starter and wants to learn and grow to assist in human resources duties such as payroll, staff satisfaction and retention, help craft and prepare company policies, interface with our hiring company, scheduling for the assessment clinic and other general office needs including answering phone, responding to clients and field staff, typing, data entry, keeping the office orderly, e-mailing, formatting documents, photocopying, faxing, mailing, answering phones, filing, and other specific office needs.

    Required Qualifications

    • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
    • A self-starter
    • Outstanding organizational skills
    • Experience and knowledge in human resources management
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Publisher
    • Ability to learn new software programs
    • Professionalism, organizational skills, honesty, self-starter, personable and detail-oriented

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree
    • Experience with clinical services
    • Experience working in an office environment
    • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

    Duties

    • Respond to all visits, emails and telephone calls
    • Prepares, writes material and correspondence, including basic writing, editing, mailing and emailing and letters of reply
    • Responsible for other secretarial duties including photocopies, information packets, data entry, organizing mass mailings
    • Handles new hire applications including background checks and state applications.
    • Assist with recruiting and hiring
    • Completing payroll twice a month
    • Create and maintain company policies
    • Adhere to and ensure labor law compliance
    • Facilitate and ensure employee well-being
    • Support and develop company culture and engagement activities
    • Pleasant, professional and positive attitude about business, members, city both on and off duty
    • Maintains the highest degree of confidentiality
