    Job Description

    Integrated Behavioral Technologies, Inc. (IBT) is a group of caring individuals whose goal is to provide children and their families with the behavioral therapy services they need to succeed. We are a not-for-profit 501(c)3 organization that serves children across the state of Kansas with a focus on rural and low-income areas. IBT is hiring a remote Masters Level BCBA (Home and Community-based Autism Specialist/Board Certified Behavior Analyst) with a focus on Parent Training and Coaching.

    This is a full-time position (100% FTE) as a Masters Level Clinician (Autism Specialist/Board Certified Behavior Analyst), or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst for the IBT Home and Community-based (HCBS) Treatment Program. The IBT HCBS program is designed to provide treatment for children and support for families in their natural environment.

    This position will assist Kansas families by providing therapeutic services including training and coaching in evidence-based practices delivered via telehealth modalities.

    The BCBA will provide applied behavior analysis consultation and evaluation to clients in their natural environments which includes home, community and school. They will also prepare and maintain records and reports pertaining to patient evaluation and treatment plans. The position will involve the assessment, treatment development, implementation, training, supervision, and monitoring of parent-implemented ABA programs. The BCBA will work with families to provide family treatment goals.

    Job Responsibilities (actual percentages may vary based on week/month):

    • 20% - Create Individualized Treatment Plans: develop treatment plans based on the principles of ABA to address communication, feeding, behavior, adaptive daily living, and social skills and update as necessary.
    • 20% - Create and monitor child’s data: design data collection systems to track and evaluate client progress on treatment plan objectives.
    • 10% - Conducting assessments (e.g. VB-MAPP): delivering evaluation and assessment to the client and determining programs and goals to be worked on in the natural environment.
    • 10% - Conducting functional behavior assessments: observing client behavior, interviewing providers and parents regarding client behavior and determining function of behavior.
    • 10% - Supervise 1:1 discrete trial teaching: observe implementers providing treatment to clients, review implementer’s documentation and data collection and provide feedback as needed.
    • 10% - Manage behavior intervention plans: create, maintain, and modify function-based behavior intervention plans.
    • 5% - Attend staff meetings: when required, attend meetings held by the department or the company that pertains to you.
    • Direct implementation: when applicable, provide direct implementation of treatment procedures to clients

    Required Qualifications:

    • At minimum 1 year (2000 hours) work experience with children with autism using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.
    • Minimum of a Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s degree with BCaBA credential from an accredited University.
    • 12 months minimum experiences developing and delivering parent education and training programs.
    • 12 months minimum experience conducting child observations and assessments.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst). Must be licensed in the State of Kansas as a Licensed Behavior Analyst.
    • Experience conducting interventions or research with children with behavior problems.
    • Experience conducting family training on ABA based treatment plans.
    • 12 months minimum experience working with families in home and/or community-based settings.
    • Proficiency with Word and/or other word processing programs.
    • Data analysis experience (SPSS, Excel etc.).
    • Strong written and oral communication skills as evidenced in work history.
    • Strong organizational and planning skills as evidenced in work history.

    START DATE: Immediate; $25-$35/hour salary commensurate w/ experience and length of time in the field
