    Job Description

    Integrated Behavioral Technologies, Inc. (IBT) is a group of caring individuals whose goal is to provide children and their families with the behavioral therapy services they need to succeed. We are a not-for-profit 501(c)3 organization that serves children across the state of Kansas with a focus on rural and low-income areas. IBT is hiring a bilingual , English and Spanish-speaking

    Behavior Technician in the Dodge City, Kansas and surrounding areas.

    DSPs work as part of a treatment team implement behavioral interventions using an applied behavior analytic framework. Candidates must be enthusiastic, flexible, and have a strong interest in working with children with special needs, particularly those on the autism spectrum.

    This position can help you gain experience with neurotypical individuals working on motor, communication, behavior and self help skills!

    Minimum Requirements

    In addition to the requirements for each role listed above, applicants must:

    • Speak Spanish and English
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Possess a valid ID, have reliable transportation and maintain appropriate auto insurance (unless previously agreed upon)
    • Pass criminal background checks as required by each funding source.
    • Possess interpersonal skills necessary to effectively communicate with clients, caregivers, and team members
    • Be willing to work on a flexible schedule: Morning, Afternoon, Evening, between 8am-8pm, and some weekends

    Suggested/Recommended Majors: Psychology, Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Education, Early Childhood, Special Education and Speech Therapy

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience working with individuals with autism

    As part of their employment, employees must:

    • Act professionally and treat clients with respect and dignity at all times.
    • Data collection
    • Engage in good communication skills

    Employees must also achieve at least 80% accuracy on the initial IBT training within 14 days of employment. Employees failing to achieve 80% accuracy will be placed on unpaid administrative leave until this outcome can be achieved.
