    IMPLEMENTATION AND DISSEMINATION OF THE OASIS SUPERVISION CURRICULUM FOR THE BCBA FIELD EXPERIENCE AND THE DELIVERY OF CLINICAL SERVICES TO FAMILIES OF CHILDREN WITH AN ASD

    We are seeking a full-time employee that will dedicate 50% as a Research Assistant and 50% as a Clinical Consultant/Supervisor. The Research position is for a federally funded project focusing on the Online and Applied System for Intervention Skills (OASIS) Supervision Curriculum. The Clinical position involves in-person and telehealth delivered supervision of home-based teams providing clinical services to families with children impacted by autism.

    JOB DUTIES:

    Research responsibilities include:

    1. Complete training in implementation of training protocol; conducting project assessments;

    2. Assist with the development of surveys, conducting focus groups and collecting feedback;

    3. Provide general day-to-day supervision of 2-3 project staff with an emphasis on monitoring data collection, measures completion, coding, and data entry;

    4. Assist with data entry, data management, and other research tasks; Attend weekly meetings

    Clinical Responsibilities include:

    1. Provide general day to day supervision of 2-3 clinical staff to include
    • Assist with conducting assessments (e.g. VB-MAPP); monitor staff; conduct fidelity;

    • Consult with staff and families for behavior and programming issues;

    • Stay in close contact with staff to monitor changes in a child’s behavior;

    • Manage inappropriate behaviors: develop function-based behavior intervention plan;

    • Schedule Team meetings and attend required company-wide meetings

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    1. Master’s degree in early childhood, education, behavior analysis, psychology, language, or related field.
    2. 36 months minimum experience working with children with autism.
    3. 12 months minimum experience using telemedicine technology for intervention delivery.
    4. 6 months minimum experience collecting and analyzing data.
    5. 6 months minimum experience conducting child observations and assessments.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    1. BCBA or other accredited license for providing child development services
    2. Experience conducting interventions or research with children with autism.
    3. Strong written and oral communication skills as evidenced in work history.
    4. Strong organizational and planning skills as evidenced in work history.

    SALARY RANGE:  commensurate with education and experience requirements.
