IMPLEMENTATION AND DISSEMINATION OF THE OASIS SUPERVISION CURRICULUM FOR THE BCBA FIELD EXPERIENCE AND THE DELIVERY OF CLINICAL SERVICES TO FAMILIES OF CHILDREN WITH AN ASD
We are seeking a full-time employee that will dedicate 50% as a Research Assistant and 50% as a Clinical Consultant/Supervisor. The Research position is for a federally funded project focusing on the Online and Applied System for Intervention Skills (OASIS) Supervision Curriculum. The Clinical position involves in-person and telehealth delivered supervision of home-based teams providing clinical services to families with children impacted by autism.
JOB DUTIES:
Research responsibilities include:
Complete training in implementation of training protocol; conducting project assessments;
Assist with the development of surveys, conducting focus groups and collecting feedback;
Provide general day-to-day supervision of 2-3 project staff with an emphasis on monitoring data collection, measures completion, coding, and data entry;
Assist with data entry, data management, and other research tasks; Attend weekly meetings
Clinical Responsibilities include:
Assist with conducting assessments (e.g. VB-MAPP); monitor staff; conduct fidelity;
Consult with staff and families for behavior and programming issues;
Stay in close contact with staff to monitor changes in a child’s behavior;
Manage inappropriate behaviors: develop function-based behavior intervention plan;
Schedule Team meetings and attend required company-wide meetings

SALARY RANGE: commensurate with education and experience requirements.
