    Job Description

    COMPANY OVERVIEW

    Consumer Attorney Public Relations, a division of Consumer Attorney Marketing Group (CAMG), is a newly launched public relations agency that works directly with law firms to help build their brand recognition and create positive messaging. We are currently looking for an Account Coordinator to join this exciting start-up team. Reporting to the VP, Public Relations and the Account Executive, the Account Coordinator will have 2-3 years experience in a PR environment and will serve as the backbone to our newly established accounts and will assist in a customer service capacity to ensure initiatives are running smoothly behind the scenes.

     

    This is a remote position and can reside anywhere in the Continental United States, however, the hours worked will need to reflect/mirror 8:30 am to 5:30 pm pacific time, regardless of where the individual resides/works. During this time of Covid-19, all interviews are being conducted online, using Microsoft Teams. On-camera capability is required for all interviews with the hiring team.

     

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    · Prepare account-related documents such as meeting agendas, status, and media coverage reports.

    · Assist in media list development and management.

    · Monitor media, client communications and proposal development.

    · Participate in and document client meetings and conference calls.

    · Assist with mailings and media outreach.

    · Research conferences and speaking opportunities, venues for special events, and vendors.

    · Manage account activities for team, including deadlines and responsibilities.

    · Review vendor quotes

    · Support account team in meeting deadlines and satisfying commitments.

     

    SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

    · Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.

    · 2-3 years experience in a PR agency environment.

    · Impeccable time management and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Highly organized and detail oriented.

    · Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

    · Familiarity with Cision media software.

    · Strong attention to detail and the ability to adapt to fast-paced, changing environment.

    · Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field is required.

    · 2-3 years in a PR environment is preferred.
