Job Description

ICS is expanding our Professional Services staff at Integrated Clinical Systems, Inc. (ICS). We are looking for 'JReview Software Support Analysts' to work with our customers to help them more effectively utilize JReview® by providing consulting, training and technical support to our customers. Background requirements: * 2 to 5 years' experience in the pharma industry/clinical research - reviewing clinical data (either as a clinical data manager or CRA) using JReview. * Knowledge of SQL with Oracle or PostgreSQL database experience. * JReview experience - defining reports, graphs, crosstabs, patient profiles (graphic and tabular), graph patient profile templates, etc. Optional experience: * SAS programming experience * SQL programming experience * Clinical Safety Reporting Additional information: We are looking for a permanent, full-time position. The position is in the Frenchtown, NJ office, but we're open to a hybrid working arrangement - part time in office for initial training and periodically, but remote work fine thereafter.
