As a Health-Functional Trainer, you will play a key role in transforming lives through personalized training programs and guidance. With a competitive hourly salary range of $27 - $30, this is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others while growing in your career. Responsibilities: • Develop personalized training programs tailored to the unique needs and goals of each client. • Provide instruction and guidance on functional training, athletic conditioning, strength building, and corrective exercises. • Work closely with clients to monitor progress, adjust training plans as needed, and provide ongoing support and motivation. • Collaborate with other health professionals, such as physical therapists and nutritionists, to optimize client outcomes. • Maintain a positive and supportive environment that fosters growth, teamwork, and community engagement. • Stay updated on the latest industry trends and research to enhance training methodologies and techniques. Qualifications: • Certifications in one or more of the following areas: Functional Training, Personal Training, Athletic Training, Strength Training, Corrective Exercise Training. • Previous experience working with clients of all ages and athletic backgrounds is preferred. • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues. • Excellent communication and coaching abilities. • A genuine passion for health, fitness, and helping others succeed. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. • Openness to feedback and a willingness to continuously learn and improve. Compensation: $27 - $30 hourly
