    Textron Systems is seeking employees to support the United States Marine Corps Advanced Reconnaissance Vehicle (ARV) program. For this program Textron Systems has developed the Cottonmouth® ARV, a recon vehicle to be feared and a force-multiplier armed to the fangs with advanced full-spectrum reconnaissance and surveillance sensors. It’s expertly designed to defeat threats beyond line of sight and comes complete with cutting-edge technologies that will keep adversaries up at night. Cottonmouth was developed using a Modular Open Systems Approach (MOSA) that is Ground Vehicle Operating System (GVOS) based employing the Tactical Assault Kit Extended (TAK-X) framework for easy capability integration.     Role Overview

    We are seeking a detail-oriented?Integrated Product Support (IPS) Project Manager?to lead and coordinate lifecycle support efforts for complex systems. This role emphasizes conduct of product supportability analysis (PSA), logistics management information (LMI), level of repair analysis (LORA), provisioning, reliability analysis, condition-based maintenance (CBM), maintenance planning, Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETMs) and training. Additionally, the candidate will oversee and manage project performance using?Earned Value Management

    Systems (EVMS)?to ensure compliance with time, cost, and quality objectives.
    As the IPS Project Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, subcontractors and external stakeholders to implement sustainable product support strategies that optimize operational readiness and lifecycle cost-efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute supportability strategies to ensure operational readiness throughout the product lifecycle.
    • Ensure that the IPS team is fully integrated with the design process and reviews to ensure Supportability is influential to the design process
    • Coordinate an IPS Working Group (IPSWG) and IPS IPT with the customer, Textron Systems representatives, and other stakeholders to ensure that logistics considerations are integrated into the program and to provide IPS status.
    • Lead the creation and management of?Logistics Management Information (LMI)?and provisioning to support sustainment planning and decision-making.
    • Oversee?DMSMS?risk mitigation strategies, ensuring continuity of supply for critical components.
    • Implement?Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM)?approaches to enhance reliability and reduce unplanned maintenance.
    • Oversee the development and management of?Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETMs)?to ensure accurate and accessible product documentation.
    • Oversee the development of comprehensive training programs, ensuring end-users and maintainers are equipped to sustain systems effectively.
    • Ensure high quality and timely delivery of IPS contract deliverables
    • Monitor and control program performance using?EVMS?to meet cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
    • Ensure compliance with industry standards, policies, and contractual requirements for all IPS deliverables.
    • Execute other related scope as assigned

    Qualifications and Skills:

    Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Project Management, Business, or a related field.
    • Additional certifications in Project Management or EVMS (e.g., PMP, EVM Practitioner) preferred.

    Experience:

    • 6+ years of experience in product support, logistics, or project management.
    • Logistics Engineering experience in the development phases of a DOD program
    • Proven experience implementing and managing?through EVMS.
    • Familiarity with logistics standards and tools
    • Previous Military ground vehicle experience a plus
    • Previous Specialty Engineering (Reliability, Safety, Human Factors) experience a plus

    Key Skills and Competencies:

    • Strong background in?supportability analysis, provisioning, and logistics planning.
    • Experience with DoD, Government Regulations, Handbooks, and Specifications related to Integrated Logistic/Product Support (ILS/IPS) and Product Support Analysis (PSA) such as AR 700-127, MIL HDBK-502, MIL STD 1388-2B, GEIA-STD-0007C, and GEIA-HB-0007B, and TA-STD-0017
    • Conduct of Product Support Analysis (PSA) technical studies and methods such as Level of Repair Analysis (LORA), Operation and Maintenance Task Analysis, Comparative Analysis, Training Needs Analysis, Life Cycle Cost (LCC) Analysis
    • Expertise in?DMSMS?management processes.
    • Understanding and practical application of?CBM?tools and practices.
    • Experience with creating and managing?IETMs.
    • Proficient use of?EVMS?for tracking project performance and reporting.
    • Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
