    Integrated Proteins in St Joseph, MO has an immediate opening for skilled Agricultural/Ranch Fencers to join our land operations team. As a member of our land operations, you will play a role in the daily activities of our land operations. We offer a competitive salary ranging from $17 to $25 per hour, depending on experience. Your responsibilities will be removing fences, determining a new fence line, preparing the ground, digging trenches, installing new fences, and repairing agricultural/Ranch fences (Barbwire fence, game fences, net wire fences, water gaps, etc.) and gates within the worksite areas. Responsibilities: • Measure and lay out ranch and agricultural fence lines to establish fence location based on instructions, drawings, or specifications. • Gather information needed to ensure there are no electric, gas/oil, communication, water, or sewer lines within the area, dig trenches and post holes using post hole diggers or power-driven augers., stretch wire and assemble gates. • Perform basic welding. • Use power tools. • Mixing and pouring concrete. • Painting fence as needed. Qualifications: • 1-year experience in construction, carpentry, or agricultural/ranch fencing is required. • Must be able to follow instructions, take direction well, and be able to adapt to changes. • Must have a strong work ethic be a strong team player willing to help wherever necessary and have a "can do" attitude. • Good hand dexterity and physical fitness are required. • High school diploma or GED. • Must be authorized to work in the United States. • Must be able to successfully pass drug screening. • Must be willing to submit to a criminal background screening. • Must have a valid driver’s license. • Ability to work in all-weather elements. • Able to lift 80-100 lbs. Compensation: $17 - $25 hourly Depending on Experience
