Regional Class A Driver in St Joseph, MO. Seeking a skilled truck driver for our logistics team to ensure safe and punctual deliveries. We are hiring to fill multiple driver positions as we are a rapidly growing company. Shifts available: • Weekday Days • Weekend Days • Weekend Nights Responsibilities: • Transport materials over land to and from manufacturing plants in Saint Joseph, MO to and from varying regional locations • Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance • Plan routes and meet delivery schedules • Document and log work/rest periods and miles spent driving and retain fuel/toll receipts • Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking, and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures • Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions • Collect and verify delivery instructions • Report defects, accidents, or violations Qualifications: • 3+ years’ work experience as a Class A truck driver • Ability to drive several hours at a time • Extensive knowledge of applicable DOT compliance, rules, and regulations • No recent moving or driving violations • Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions, etc.) • Previous experience working with an ELD unit or electronic logs Compensation: $25 - $27 hourly
