For the right person, we will work with your schedule needs, but ideally we need someone that can work 2-3 days a week 6-8 hours a day in our office in Southlake. The Content Creator Intern will be responsible for designing, creating, and delivering marketing materials to support the growth and expansion of company products and services. Develops creative efforts based on information collected such as marketing trends, competition, new products, and pricing. Works closely with sales & marketing team to design content for all media types.Responsibilities, include but are not limited to:Develops and executes creative design concepts across all advertising channels (web, social media, direct mailers, email, print, etc)Assist community teams in generating collateral and wide-ranging design needs for each community upon request (resident event flyers/invitations, floorplan edits, community announcements, etc.)Originate unique marketing campaigns and develop the creative artwork/copy.Organize and store efforts to streamline efficiency and execution of duplicating designs across multiple communities.Capture high quality images and video footage of properties and events to use for marketingQualifications:In pursuit of a Bachelors Degree in Marketing from an accredited university or a recent graduate with a Bachelors Degree in Marketing from an accredited university.1 year of experience in graphic design & video editing1 year of experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and PremiereOrganized and detail oriented with an ability to work independently.Ability to work with a diverse set of management styles and personalities.Effective written and oral communication skills.Integrated Real Estate Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.Integrated Real Estate Group participates in e-verify for employment authorization.
