Our team is committed to exceeding customer expectations, ensuring seamless claims processes, and providing detailed documentation for efficient settlements and complete customer restoration to return properties to pre-loss conditions. As an estimator, you will work with adjusters and internal stakeholders to develop timely project estimates using a variety of industry accepted software.

Compensation • Competitive base salary of $60,000+, depending on experience • Eligibility for project based bonus (up to 2% of gross margin by project) • Company laptop

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Inspect and prepare accurate estimates onsite. • Document loss with clear and descriptive job photos and dates • Strong proficiency in Xactimate and other estimating software as needed. • Estimates using carrier standards and manages the estimate based on feedback from client and customer. • Ability to solicit specialty bid items when needed. • Understands different cost variables and can adjust, when appropriate. • Communicate w/ insurance companies, and adjusters via phone and email in a timely manner and acts as a liaison with reconstruction managers • Review final estimates in conjunction with a project manager to ensure accurate scope • Work with adjusters to identify and supplements or differences in scope

EXPERIENCE • 2+ yrs. minimum experience in using Xactimate or a comparable estimating software required. • High school graduate or equivalent, college degree preferred. • Strong knowledge of insurance restoration and/or construction industry. • Valid Drivers’ License and satisfactory driving record. • Self-starter and can work with/lead a team. • Exhibit professionalism, maturity, and the willingness to serve the customer. • Experience managing teams of 2 or more. • Strong technology skills in Microsoft Office Suite • Strong verbal and written and communication skills. • Strong problem solving, and customer service skills.
