We provide exceptional services in water damage restoration, fire and smoke damage restoration, wind, hail, impact, and reconstruction services. Our team is committed to exceeding customer expectations, ensuring seamless claims processes, and providing detailed documentation for efficient settlements and complete customer restoration to return properties to pre-loss conditions. As a project manager, you will ensure the timely and efficient completion of restoration projects, by overseeing all phases of the job cycle. This entails working with a variety of stakeholders to schedule and plan work, coordinate equipment and materials, operate within budget, and monitor overall progress.

    Compensation • $28-33 an hour depending on experience

    Job Responsibilities Assessment and Planning:

    Evaluate the condition of damaged properties and structures.

    Collaborate with restoration specialists and project managers to develop restoration plans.

    Carpentry Work:

    Repair and replace damaged wooden structures, such as walls, floors, ceilings, and roofs.

    Install new wooden components to match existing structures.

    Work with a variety of tools including saws, drills, chisels, and sanders.

    Framing and Structural Repair:

    Rebuild damaged or weakened structural elements, including load-bearing beams and columns.

    Ensure proper alignment and support to maintain structural integrity.

    Finishing Work:

    Install trim, molding, and baseboards to match the original design.

    Apply finishes such as staining, varnishing, and painting to achieve a consistent appearance.

    Window and Door Restoration:

    Repair or replace damaged window frames, sashes, and casings.

    Restore or recreate intricate details of historic windows and doors.

    Custom Woodwork:

    Craft custom wooden elements to match historical styles and designs.

    Create custom cabinets, shelving, and other fixtures as needed.

    Drywall

    Ability to hang, tape, and finish drywall in residential or small patchwork situations.

    Qualifications And Requirements • Proven construction/restoration project management experience. • Ability to work in a team or alone with little guidance • Ability to handle multiple assignments at once with close attention to detail. • Can work autonomously to make decisions and troubleshoot problems. • Self-motivated, responsible, and accountable.
