PCC Integrations Specialist Office-Based | Part-Time or Full-Time

We’re seeking a PCC Integrations Specialist to support and enhance our healthcare foodservice systems through accurate data integration and system support. This role is ideal for someone experienced with PointClickCare (PCC) or similar EMR Systems, skilled in data entry, and passionate about improving patient care through efficient meal management.

Key Responsibilities:

Input and maintain dietary data (preferences, allergies, restrictions).

Support PCC integration, troubleshoot system issues, and coordinate with IT and operations.

Train clients/staff on PCC usage and maintain SOPs.

Generate reports and maintain documentation.

Assist with meal planning, menu/recipe updates, and ensure dietary compliance.

Uphold HIPAA standards and data security.

Qualifications:

Experience with PCC systems required.

2+ years in healthcare, dietary services, or data entry.

Strong technical, communication, and multitasking skills.

Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare data protocols preferred.
