Job Description

Integris Rx is seeking a motivated problem solver with database management and programming experience to join our team of dedicated, data-focused professionals. This position plays a pivotal role in maintaining and supporting our clients in the healthcare industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Analyze pharmacy pricing data, sales trends, and competitive market data

· Design, build, and maintain tools both in SQL and which interact with SQL

· Work with large, complex data sets

· Use programming languages to write scripts supporting users

· Maintain web applications

· Troubleshoot database access and web tool functions

· Propose solutions for streamlining processes

· Resolve operational data issues

· Work closely with finance, end users, IT, data processor, partners, and contractors

QUALIFICATIONS

· BS in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Statistics.

· A minimum of 4 years of working experience in a data-rich environment

· 3 years of experience in the PBM or pharmacy discount card industry is highly desirable

· Strong skills in Windows, Microsoft Excel and MacOS

· Experience with databases - proficiency with Microsoft SQL is essential

· Aptitude with programming languages, specifically Python, preferred; familiarity with additional languages such as PHP would be a plus

· Experience or interest in web development

· Strong communication skills to work with both internal and external partners who have a variety of technical acuity

· Curiosity, a desire to learn new things, and collaboration are key to success in this role
