At IFS we are a fast-growing janitorial services company looking for an experienced and highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential customers, and growing our customer base.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to generate new business and meet sales targets.
• Prospect potential customers through various methods such as cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.
• Conduct on-site visits and presentations to potential customers to showcase our services and explain our value proposition.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure service delivery and resolve any customer issues.
• Utilize CRM software to manage and track customer interactions and sales activities.

Requirements: -Marketing, or a related field preferred.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the janitorial or facilities management industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and team player.
