Integrity HR Management is a PEO providing complete payroll and HR services to a diverse client base. Integrity is seeking a Payroll Tax Administrator to become a team member in our Accounting Department. 

JOB DESCRIPTION Monitor, manage and reconcile payroll taxes at the employer and employee level. Includes reconciliation to the general ledger as well as to MasterTax Service reports, preparation, and ensuring compliance. Submit timely and accurate reporting of workers compensation information to ensure correct billing of workers compensation policies. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Reconcile payroll tax reporting to ensure accurate filings by tax service provider.
• Manage daily deposits of federal and state payroll taxes.
• Complete quarterly tax filings.
• Reconcile payroll taxes to the general ledger and create journal entries.
• Reconcile Payroll reports to 941s and W-2s.
• Monthly workers compensation reporting. 
• Additional Responsibilities:
• Special projects and research. 
• Research and reconciliation of payroll taxes from prior periods.
• Gather and report requested date to internal and external recipients.
• Monthly bookkeeping and account reconciliation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2-4 years experience with payroll tax filings and compliance issues.
• Strong accounting skills, detail oriented, proficient in excel.
• MasterTax experience a plus, but not a must.
• Must be able to create reconciliations that clearly communicate.
• Experience reconciling and preparing W-2 forms.
• Must be able to communicate effectively and in a constructive manner with management, peers and coworkers.
