Role Description: Integrity HVAC Services, Inc., located in Madison Alabama, is looking for a Field Manager. As the Manager you will provide exceptional customer service by managing the day-to-day operations of our field personnel, ensure the timely completion of service requests and installations maximizing the profitability. This is a full-time, on-site role. Salary depends on experience.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in an HVAC service supervision or management position, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and motivate a team of technicians.
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
