Responsibilities: • Light electrical such as electrical circuits, receptacles, breakers, switches, fuses, and light fixtures • Light plumbing such as toilets, sinks, vanities, and disposals • Caulking • Minor carpentry repairs • Repairing/replacing window screens and blinds • Replacing interior and exterior doors • Painting and drywall repair • Tile repair • Removing bulk trash (including appliances) • Installation and minor repairs of appliances such as stoves, refrigerators, washers, and dryers • Clearing drains and sewer lines Qualifications: • 5+ years construction experience • Be able to work independently and with a team, take direction and follow through • Must be able to stand and walk up to eight hours per day and climb sets of stairs while carrying materials weighing between 40 and 60 pounds • Ability to climb and work on ladders • Own basic tools • Authorized to work in the United States • Valid OK state driver’s license w/clean driving record Compensation: $20 - $25 hourly
