Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Loan Processor to help our clients organize and submit their mortgage loan applications. Come and join our growing and dynamic team as we continue to grow our business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Finishing loan applications
• Setting up new files
• Keeping in close communication with underwriters and clients
• Submit files to processing
• Manage Loan Officer's calendar
• Detailed pipeline management
• Set up new Loans for Purchase, Refinance, Conventional, FHA, Harp, and VA

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced and active office
• Positive attitude and a be a team player.
• Mortgage or loan experience
• Proficiency with mortgage software
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Attention to detail
