    Job Description

    Integrity House is committed to helping individuals and families through comprehensive, integrated addictions treatment and recovery support in a manner that brings about positive, long-term lifestyle change. Integrity House is a trauma-informed organization. The Outreach Specialist will provide information and education to community agencies to promote Women’s Recovery Center Program Services and identify potential participants. The Outreach Specialist will re-engage participants, as needed, for care, care management, and supportive services. This position will report directly to the Associate Director of Housing and Women’s Wellness Center.

    The Out-Reach Specialist’s work schedule will be Monday-Thursday 10am-2pm with hours based on organizational needs. There will be a 20% travel requirement for this position.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    · Conduct ongoing outreach efforts to potential participants.

    · Participate in community events such as health fairs, forums, and committee meetings.

    · Facilitate educational opportunities with participants that allow them to learn more about resources available to aid in their active recovery.

    REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

    · Bachelor's degree or 2-4 years of experience.

    · Excellent verbal and written communication.

    · Good problem solving skills.

    REQUIRED LICENSING OR CERTIFICATIONS:

    · Driver’s License Required
